THIS IS MY ALL TIME FAVOURITE NEGRONI RECIPE, my go to. The Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin leaves a little lip-smacking sweetness on the lips.

It has a magical, deep purple colour. Mesmerising.

  • Discard ice.
  • Add new ice to the mixing glass and add the 30ml each of the Campari, Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin, & Martini Riserva Speciale Rubino Vermouth.
  • Stir well. 30 seconds.
  • Strain into an Old Fashioned glass with a single, large, ice cube.

TASTING NOTES

Negroni Nerd’s favourite! Long-lasting sweetness on the palate after the initial distinct and bold bitterness balanced with alcohol, citrus, and gin botanicals.
